What to do with all those eggs?

Having always enjoyed baking for family and friends and using an extensive collection of recipes I decided to create.... using as many local and seasonal ingredients that are available to me, not forgetting the eggs. Then trying to find the right packaging and labelling. A steep learning curve and still going. I enjoy being creative so trying new things is fun and rewarding. Trying them out on people is interesting.
My first market at Feilding Farmers Market was "sold out" by 11.30 that morning. What a buzz, very scary. I was hooked! I quickly learned that I could tailor make baked items to suit various tastes and dietary requirements. As a consequence I have a good selection of gluten free, egg free and lactose free items to tempt coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans.

Seasonal Delights
It is the citrus season, and the Indulge kitchen is brimming with locally grown citrus.

On offer are Lemon Meringue Pie, Lemon Honey, Lemon Cake, Blueberry & Lemon Cake, Orange Cake.
